AC Valhalla: Starting tips
Below you will find some of the most important tips for people starting their adventure with AC Valhalla:
- You can choose difficulty levels for combat, stealth and exploration separately, customizing the experience to your liking. If, for example, you only have problems with combat, you can lower its difficulty. The difficulty level can be changed at any moment through the main menu.
- Make sure to complete side quests and explore the map in search of collectibles intermittently with participating in the main story. These activities will allow you to get more XP, resulting in more skill points, which are needed to increase your power level and thus pledge to higher difficulty regions.
- Find Books of Knowledge to unlock and/or upgrade your abilities. These abilities will help you in combat, especially when facing stronger bosses or legendary animals.
- Upgrade gear on a regular basis. To upgrade gear to a higher tier, you need to obtain ingots of the right quality and take them to Gunnar the Blacksmith, - spending the required number of ingots will unlock additional upgrade slots. These slots can be filled by spending materials, improving the item statistics and unlocking additional rune slots.
- Watch what you are building in Ravensthorpe, at least at the beginning, as the raw materials obtained from raiding the monasteries are limited. There are buildings that are more useful than others, e.g. the Hidden Ones' office, which serves its purpose during the main story, and gives access to the Order of the Ancients plotline.
- Save game before each conversation - there may be some important decision to be made during it - this way, you can protect yourself from bad decision fallout. Many times, the game offers you a choice: from a few dialogue options which effect is cosmetic at best, as well as important decisions that affect the course of the entire story and its ending. An exemplary bad choice can result in death of an NPC, or enrage the person you're talking to. Saving and reloading can help you avoid some of the fallout.
For more hints and tips, check out the Starting tips chapter.
AC Valhalla: All story missions
The story is divided into independent arcs, but all quests listed here have to be completed in order to finish the game. The only thing that can be changed is the order in which you complete them.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla - short description
Assassin's Creed Valhalla is the twelfth main installment in the assassin-simulation sandbox series developed since 2007. The title follows the path set by two previous installments - Origins and Odyssey - and belongs to the action RPG genre.
The action presented in the title takes place in 9th century England. During the game you will play the role of a leader of one of the Viking clans - Eivor. The protagonist decides to find new place for his people to live, more sustaining than Norway. . After crossing the North Sea, the clan arrives at the coast of the British Isles. There, they find that they have found themselves in the middle of a war for this resource-rich land.
In terms of gameplay, the title does not differ much from the previous two installments of the series. During the adventure you will find yourself in an open world filled with all sorts of activities, including fully-fledged quests and combat against the enemy. Completing activities and battles advance Eivor to higher levels and award additional skill points which are spent to upgrade the hero.
A few novelties have appeared with the new installment, such as the ability to develop and expand your settlement.

More About Assassin's Creed: Valhalla
500 Hours in Dying Light 2 and Eternity in Valhalla. Count Me Out
Techland announced that it would take 500 hours to get through the entire content of Dying Light 2; Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a series of eternally dull and stretched quests. Let's opt for open worlds that are slightly smaller, but better.

I Feel Fooled by Ubisoft... Again
Far Cry 6 reminded me of an important thing about Ubisoft that I've been aware of for a long time. I usually feel cheated by the studio. It makes wonderful promises, but never seems to deliver.

AC Valhalla: Siege of Paris - Bad Expansion Saved By Female Characters
Assassin's Creed: Valhalla – Siege of Paris is an uninspired, uninteresting, and derivative DLC. However, there is one thing that made it worthwhile for me.

Single-Player Games Worth Playing After End Credits
Reaching the end credits doesn't always mean the end of your adventure with a game – some games still have plenty of attractions beyond the main storyline.

AC Infinity is Wrong Way. Assassins Are Too Long Already
Ubisoft revealed Assassin's Creed: Infinity – a huge game-service, the scale of which is to be incomparably greater than any previous installment. Unfortunately, I'm unlikely to play it, because Odyssey gave me hodophobia.
